Weapon upgrade and reinforce buff for Elden Ring

The Weapon upgrade and reinforce buff is a simple little experiment for gameplay progression balance. It's a small mod that lets you increase the damage of your weapons and armor. 

This mod is a complete experiment. It's not supposed to be a cheat or a hack. It's supposed to be an alternative to other late-game-scaling fix mods and also improve early-game damage. The player should be able to deal decent damage to the enemies without wasting too much time looking for upgrade materials that still would cause no "yellow" damage.

This is an early and not very polished version. I may change some of the upgrades, and I may add more weapon types and upgrades.
